At Komforten, we want you, our customer, to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer you the opportunity to return your product. Please read our policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.

1. General Terms and Conditions for Returns

You have 30 days to return your purchase from the date you received your order. For a return to be approved, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The product must be unused and complete with all accessories.
  • The product must be returned in its undamaged original packaging.
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

2. How to Make a Return – Step by Step

  1. Contact Customer Service: Before sending anything back, please contact us using the form under the “Contact Us” tab on our website. Include your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Prepare Your Return: Carefully pack the product in its original packaging. Remember that you, as the customer, are responsible for the product until it reaches us.

  4. Important: As the customer, you are responsible for the return shipping and choose the shipping method yourself. Make sure that the shipment is addressed correctly and can be delivered directly to a post office box. We are unable to collect packages from postal agents.
  5. Confirmation & Inspection: Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you a confirmation email. We will then notify you if your request for a refund or exchange has been approved.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the product is damaged, defective, or if you have received the wrong item, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us immediately via our contact form under “Contact Us.”
  2. Describe the problem and please attach a photo that clearly shows the damage or defect.
  3. After we have evaluated the problem, we will send you a new replacement product within 3-5 business days, completely free of charge.

4. Refund

  • Processing time: If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 3-10 business days.
  • Refund method: Refunds are always made to the same payment method you used for the purchase.
  • Full refund: You will receive a full refund for the product if you have returned it in accordance with the terms and conditions or if you have received a damaged product and prefer a refund to a new item.

5. Other Situations

  • Canceling or Changing an Order: Did you make a mistake when placing your order? Contact us as soon as possible! If your order has already been shipped, we unfortunately cannot stop it, but you can of course return it according to the policy above once you have received it.
  • Delayed Delivery: If you have not received your order within 60 days, you are covered by our buyer protection guarantee and are entitled to a full refund. Please contact us and we will help you.
