What is the shipping cost?
At Komforten we are happy to offer free shipping on all orders. Please remember that the prices listed are exclusive of VAT. If the product is shipped from an international warehouse, customs and import fees may apply, these costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How long does delivery take?
If the product is in our Swedish warehouse, it will be delivered with PostNord within 1-2 days. If the product is shipped from our foreign warehouse, delivery takes 6-12 working days.
What is the return policy?
No problem at all! You can return or exchange your purchases from our website within 30 days from the date of delivery. But remember, if it has been more than 30 days since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
